Business Listing Board Featured with Badge

What it does, and what it does not

• A place at the top of its board

Your listing sorts ahead of everything else on Business Listings, Profile Listings, Organization Listings — ahead even of the "near you first" ordering, because that is a guess and this was paid for.

• A Premium badge

On the card in the directory and on the listing's own page. It says the word rather than showing a crown, because a badge nobody can read means whatever the reader assumes.

• Nothing is hidden from anybody

It is an ordering, never a filter. Every other listing stays exactly where it was, in the order it was already in. A directory that showed less of itself because somebody paid would be lying about how much is on it.

• Nothing is checked or endorsed

Premium is a place, not a verdict. Help Barter has read the listing against its content rules, the same as every other listing, and that is all it means.

• It extends, it does not restart

Buying a second one for a listing that is already premium adds to the end of the run it has. Renewing early — which is when a careful person renews — never costs you the remainder.

• Bought first, pointed afterwards

You can buy one before the listing you want it on has come through moderation. It waits in your account until you choose.
