Group Rotation Works
Groups where everyone posts a task and everyone does everyone else's.
What it is
A group chat where everybody helps everybody. Each member posts one small task with a link — "like my latest post", "review my app", "fill in my survey". When the work opens, everyone does every other member's task and ticks it done. A completed rotation pays 200 Time Coins to every member who did their part.
Groups are perfect for creators, small businesses and students who want steady, real engagement from a circle of people doing the same.
Joining a group
- Find one
Exchange Place → Group Rotation Works. Each card shows the group's description, size and its daily deadline.
- Read the rules, then join
Open groups let anyone join straight away; others ask an admin to approve you. A private group shows only its description and rules until you are in.
- Or accept an invitation
An admin can invite you by your
@username, your member ID, your email, or a share link. - Chat lives in Messages
Your groups are under Group Messages in Messages.
A rotation, step by step
- An admin starts a rotation
With a short note about what it is for. A card pinned above the messages shows where it is up to.
- Post your entry before the daily deadline
One task in up to 200 characters, with a link. Entries stay private until the work opens.
- The work opens
At the group's daily deadline — or straight away once every member has posted.
- Do every other member's task, and tick each one
The card lists what you still owe. The admin chose how long you have: 24, 48, 72, 168 hours.
- The contest window
When every tick is in, there is a short window (12 or 24 hours) for anyone to say something was not really done.
- Completed — and paid
With no contest standing, the rotation completes by itself (or an admin marks it completed) and the coins are paid.
When a rotation pays
- 200 Time Coins each, to every member who posted an entry and ticked every other entry.
- The group needs at least 5 members.
- A group is paid for its first completed rotation each day (in the group's own time zone). More rotations that day still run, they just pay nothing. There is no limit across groups.
- Each rotation you complete also counts toward the weekly Group Rotation Works reward on the leaderboard.
Starting your own group
- Check your places
Free members can run 1 group, Premium 5 and Elite 20. Premium and Elite can buy more, 1,000 coins each, for good, at Store → Group place.
- Open "Create a group"
From the groups board.
- Fill it in
- A title (30 characters), description (100), rules (300) and a logo.
- Open or private, and whether people join instantly or ask to join.
- How many members, up to 50.
- The daily deadline and its time zone, how long members have to finish, and the contest window.
- What happens to somebody who does not finish: a warning first, or removal straight away.
- Invite people
From Group info → Members, by username, member ID, email or the share link.
Running a group
- Approve or decline join requests, make other members admins, and remove people from Group info → Members.
- Tick on a member's behalf if they did the task but forgot to tick.
- A contest blocks completion until it is withdrawn, or until an admin resolves it — possible 24 hours after it was raised.
- Members can see every past rotation — who took part and what it paid — under Group info → Rotations.
Good to know
- Every rotation in your groups, what you still owe and what it paid is on Group Rotation Works List & Progress.
- Group titles, descriptions and rules are checked like everything else written on the site, and groups can be reported.
