Organization Listing

A page for a school, hospital, NGO, trust or charity.

What it is

A page for an organization — NGO, Trust, Foundation, Charity, School, College or university, Hospital or clinic, Orphanage or children's home and more — at /organization/its-name, listed on the Organization Listings board. It is priced lower than a business page on purpose.

What it does for an organization

Looks real at a glance — type, location, year founded and registration number at the top, so a stranger trusts it before reading further.
Brings in volunteers, donors and students — a free section for how to donate, how to volunteer or when admissions open.
Every way to reach you — website, email, phone, WhatsApp, address and map.
Found in search — a public page at the organization's name, in our sitemap.

What goes on the page

Who you are: logo, name, type, location, the year you were founded and your registration number (shown as typed — readers can check the official register themselves; we do not verify it).
About: up to 1,000 characters under your own heading ("Our mission", "Who we are").
What you do: up to 10 activities or programmes, each with a description and up to three photos — no prices.
One free section: a heading of your choice and up to 2,000 characters — admissions, visiting hours, what to donate, who the trustees are.
Contact, address, map and social profiles. A website is optional — plenty of small trusts do not have one.

Pay in Store Coins, Time Coins or both. Buying in the store needs a Premium or Elite membership. "Lifetime" means for as long as Help Barter exists.

Step by step: from buying to live

Open it in the store
Store → Organization Listing. The page shows what is included and every run on offer.
Choose how long, and buy
Pick a run, pick how to pay (Store Coins, Time Coins or both) and confirm. You now hold one Organization Listing credit — nothing is public yet.
Write it
Go to My listings and press List an organization. Start with the identity and About; add activities and the free section after. Writing costs nothing more: your credit pays for it.
Submit it for review
Admin team monitors all listings. You can still change a listing for free while it waits.
It goes live
You get a notification, and it appears on the Organization Listings board and at /organization/its-name for the run you bought, counted from the day it is approved.

If it is not approved: for something fixable — a wrong category, a broken link, too little detail — your credit comes back with a note saying why, so you can correct it and send it again. Content that breaks the rules (gambling, adult, anything illegal) loses the credit.

Once it is live

Edit it from My listings. The first 3 edits are free, then 1,000 coins each. Every edit is read again; your live version keeps showing while it waits.
Extend it before or after it ends — the new run is added to the time left, never restarted.
Deactivate it to take it down for a while, and reactivate it later. The run keeps counting down while it is off.
